To work together successfully people must understand themselves and those around them.
Profiling is all about greater understanding – of yourself, those around you, and how a team can work more effectively as a unit and what else you may need in a team.
By contrast a psychometric test measures an individual’s aptitude, personality and behaviour to identify whether they will be a good fit for the organisation and a role. Psychometric tools measure who we are, whereas behavioural profiling helps us to understand and manage what we do.
