How we do it
Our LIFO™ UK Partner Licensees, Mark and Bruce, work with strategic partners to design and deliver bespoke leadership, sales, cultural and change management programmes for any organisation.
We now have a flexible approach to our workshops and are happy to work face to face, virtually or a combination of both.
Face to face workshops use a variety of established group facilitation tools & techniques which, together with appropriate facilitator behaviours ensure buy-in and contribution from participants, regardless of their status, confidence and preferred working and learning styles.
However we work, we don’t race to solutions or conclusions but travel at a pace which allows everyone to contribute, reflect, decide and act in their own style and at their own pace.
Using specialised equipment and materials, output is created in a highly visual, and immediately accessible format – recorded and distributed within hours to all participants. All that we need is willing teams committed to active participation, open and challenging discussion and debate.
All our programmes are available online to cater for those organisations or individuals who want to maximise global or national reach without associated costs.
Mural
We use Mural, a digital whiteboard application to create interactive and engaging modules employing techniques targeted at all learning styles.
Our online workshops are delivered through 2 hour modules, each available as recordings appealing to different learning styles.
All usual registration, chat facilities, polling questions, quizzing and threaded Q&As are available. Outputs can be shared and post programme reflection and feedback captured in real time.
